Senior Executive Alignment

If your senior team is not aligned around your organisation’s purpose, vision, mission and values then this lack of alignment is costing your organisation thousands and possibly millions of dollars. Phase 1 - Strategic Alignment Survey. This survey across all employees is conducted to measure alignment and level of trust in your company. Senior Managers also complete the team alignment questionnaire and then these surveys are debriefed and next steps agreed upon.

Phase 2 – Senior Team Alignment Retreat. This two day retreat focuses on getting agreement on the future direction of the organisation and the culture that needs to be created.

Phase 3 – Senior Team Planning Retreat. This two day workshop with five follow up meetings is to agree, plan and implement the purpose, vision and values through your company to transform the culture.
